2011 Vintage Now Available

Aged in French and and American Oak Barrels for 9 months. Medium bodied with fresh fruit flavours of apple, pear and tropical fruit. Buttery caramel and vanilla on the generous finish. 

*Suggested Food Pairings: Enjoyable with aromatic chicken, lobster, poached or baked fish, creamy pastas and soft cheeses.
